Inspires MAT is a company limited by guarantee and a charitable trust. Responsibility for the schools within the MAT and the funds generated by the ESFA to finance these schools are entrusted to the Board of Trustees. The Trust Board has the overall responsibility and ultimate decision-making authority for all matters within the Trust but recognises that they work in partnership with all stakeholders to provide the very best education for every child within the MAT.
